In retrospect after reading all the comments on NBME 6, I understand that they are not that predictive and I should focus more on the recent NBMEs.

Yes i agree, but despite all of this people tend to score the highest in NBME 6 in comparison to NBME 7 and 8, so I am not sure how legit these tests are , rn it got me more confused and anxious.
