Come to find out I have NO SPARK, not a bit. Changed plug,coil,ignitor. Jumper all 3 safety switches- seat-brake-reverse. And I still have nothing.

Just because it is cheap, change the condenser and be sure it is on the + side of the coil, not the neg like a points system. The 318 is a real workhorse, and we can suggest what is likely your ignition related root cause as this thread unfolds and we see more of your test results. The primary resistance of the coil is not the only thing to measure.
