The Old Colony YMCA, based in Brockton, Massachusetts, is a non-profit organization dedicated to offering a variety of services to youth in our 29 southeastern Massachusetts community since 1993. Old Colony Y Mentoring is proud to provide children ages 9-18 for 1:1 and 8-15 for group with positive, caring adult mentors. The Brockton YMCA management was very prejudice! The treatment of a certain racial group of individuals were treated very unfairly and were fired, even while on Workmans Comp, and others were given write-ups to correct issues that they inherited over a 90 day period.
